Machine description
(1) Yuxing adopts a C-shaped thickened main beam plate design to reduce deformation and facilitate loading and unloading of materials from the left and right fronts.
(2) The floor-standing C-type press is equipped with four guide pillars and a middle plate design to enable the upper mold to descend smoothly and quickly (suitable for motor manufacturing press-fitting and hair removal).
(3) Slow pressure molding and then rapid increase, improve accuracy and greatly extend mold life.
(4) The hydraulic power components and fuel tank are designed with built-in features, which have a clean appearance and do not take up work space.
(5) PLC control system is divided into standard type and numerical control type.
