Machine description
(1) The capacity of the hot press forming rapid hydraulic punch press ranges from 10 tons to 300 tons.
(2) The four-column design is adopted to reduce the amount of deformation, make the pressing down smoothly without deflection, and have high stability.
(2) Place the plastic or rubber raw material in the mold, sandwich it between the upper and lower electric heating plates, and apply pressure and temperature to shape the raw material.
(3) It can be used for testing or color comparison or as a sample, and can be used as a basis for mass production of materials by factories.
(4) The hot forming press adopts two heat conduction methods: electric heating plate and electric heating tube 
(5) The maximum temperature can reach 300℃, specified according to customer needs
(6) Equipped with a mobile operation console to increase convenience and safety
