Non-woven fabric for mask (inner/outer layer)

1. Splashing layer (outer layer)

Outer layer blocks droplets/dust in the air so as to protect the user.
The property of the fabric can effectively block and prevent water droplets,
Saliva droplets and non-oily liquid type substances penetrate the penetrating mask,
Avoid contact of the user's mouth and nose skin with liquid-type substances
that are at risk of infection, carry out the first layer of protection.

In order to reduce costs, some masks manufacturer use the fabric of the surface layer
with a basis weight of 14g ~ 22g that the effect on protection and medical treatment
will be discounted.

2. Hydrophilic layer (inner layer)

Inner layer makes users feel pretty smooth & with excellent breathability.
The property of the fabric is that the fabric surface is smooth and not easy to fluff,
and it is hydrophilic non-woven fabric.
The hydrophilic nature let us wear a mask to breathe the water generated when we speak,
And the absorption of oily sweat from the face spreads out,
will not condense into a bead shape causing discomfort when wearing.

The characteristic of the smooth inner layer of the mask is not easy to fluff.
When the mask is worn for a long time,
the surface of the mask will not produce hair because of the contact and friction with the face for a long time.
It can avoid facial allergies caused by shaving hair by people with sensitive faces.
