V-shape fish head cutter equipment with hopper
The Norfo 524 deheading machine was specially developed for deheading salmon and similar fish with an overall length of 30 to 70 mm.
The machine meets the special requirements set for decapitation of these fish.
The gills of the fish are placed on the feed rail of the deheading machine, with the belly facing the knives.
By adjusting the height of the feed rail, the position of the incision can be determined and thus whether the clavicle follows the head or the body.
Two spiked strips catch the fish and pass it through 2 obliquely positioned circular knives that work with an adjustable plate
Bend the head of the fish back to create a perfect wedge cut for optimal fish yield.
Depending on the operator's daily operations, the capacity can reach up to 40 fish per minute.
All necessary adjustments when changing fish size/species are easily done without the use of tools.
It has a centrally located emergency stop and a safety lever that is activated in the event of an unexpected situation.
4-5 kg salmon When the salmon head is removed, the clavicle is placed on the body, and the yield rate of 92-93% can be obtained.
In comparison, the yield percentage without the collarbone will be 90-91%.
