white fish gutting machine

The Jutland Kronborg fish gutting machine is designed for gutting fish such as cod, pollock, haddock, cod and hake on trawler vessels and onshore plants.
It is also suitable for river type fish such as carp.

The fish are placed continuously in the feed chamber, where a conveyor belt with the catch transports the fish to the evisceration chamber via a positioning system of guide plates.
The rotary knife cuts the fish as needed.
After the fish is cut open, the last guts are removed by rotating nylon brushes and water jets.
The gutted fish is directed to the export port for further transport.
Due to its small size and light weight, the machine can be used on ships in coastal fleets and on-shore factories.
