A platform is needed to simulate simple wave action.
The goal is a 3DOF cradle that uses three electric cylinders to achieve three-dimensional motion.
This platform should have the following basic functions
Carrier plane φ700mm, load 15kg
Lift st 150mm (+/-75mm)
Tilt Angle 22.5°
Combined range of motion: Heave: +/-20 mm, Roll/Pitch: +/-22.5°, repetitive motion
Programming requirements: Move within the movable range according to the input amplitude and speed, and perform repeated movements.

Architecture brief:
This machine consists of three parts: platform body, control unit, and software interface
The software displays the current machine status, including simple test functions and combined action functions
In the simple action column, you can set the movement range of Heave, Roll, and Pitch respectively, and can make the electric cylinder single movement and posture movement.
In the combined exercise field, set the exercise base height, amplitude, frequency, etc. to perform combined exercise.
The system itself has a set movement limit, and any movement beyond the set range will be detected by motor.
